Very clean with many services, activities, and top notch care for my mom. The entire staff are wonderful ! Always watching out for the residents and take excellent care of them. They strive to make life at Aviva a better place.

We looked at six fairly comparable facilities before placing my sister here. All six of the facilities were quite lovely and in close enough proximity that we could visit often. Some establishments were actually much newer and had amenities not available at Aviva. Although Aviva is an older facility, several nice upgrades have been made. We selected Aviva primarily because of it’s smaller size and how well they seemed to keep their residents engaged in daily activities. She has been there for about 2 1/2 months now and we are extremely pleased with our selection thus far. The entire staff have been supportive and helpful, which we greatly appreciate. This is her current home and we are hoping it will be her forever home!

A loving and caring facility for your loved one.
My dad has been a resident for about 2 years. I moved him from another facility because they weren’t up to standards. I couldn’t have made a better decision. They treat my dad like family and he loves it there. I use to worry so much, but now it’s no worry for me. They take good care of him. Linda and her staff are awesome. She goes above and beyond to satisfy her residents and their families. She make sure that her staff follow all rules and regulations. Jody the actives director is awesome. She helps to keep the residents active and filled with lots of fun and games. I’m very satisfied and wouldn’t change a thing. Keep up the good work!!! Maria B (Dale)

My Step Mom and Dad made the move to AVIVA unfortunately my Step Mom passed away after open heart surgery leaving my Dad there alone. His blood sugar was over 300 had no Diabetic diet. He went to the hospital that day dangerously high blood sugar. Their response we don't have the staff to regulate his diet. Everyone gets the same thing regardless. Then, after the passing of his wife. They said he had to move out. He was too much for their staff to handle. I wouldn't go there. Not good.

I’ve been here for almost 2 years and I love it!! I love the staff and the residents more than anything ❤️ they have become my family. The facility is small but filled with a huge amount of love from all of the staff, I enjoy working here! <3

From the moment of my first phone call Monday to my Father-in-law passing away at their facility yesterday this AMAZING group of people helped to provide comfort not only for us as the family but also for dad who wasn’t even under their care for three hours! They showed HUGE levels of love and comfort all while respecting our wishes!! Because these people are so compassionate all of his children were able to be with him for his passing. Long story short if you need people that you can trust that are going to care about not only your family member but also yourself in difficult times such as these, then take them to The Glendale Assisted Living! They deserve a 10/10 all around ❤️❤️
