Very unprofessional. The director was very dismissive and standoffish. Lacked empathy concerning our loved one. Please do yourself and your loved one a favor by not doing an injustice sending them to this facility. The staff does nothing but stand around gossiping and playing with their hair. Rarely do they check on their patients. I witnessed a tech giving a patient medicine but left before the patient actually took the medicine.

Diane, Shirelle and Dimitria were so kind! David too! We've have had a lot of different experiences with family members at rehab and Autumn Lake is terrific so far!

It smells when you walk in their. Urine on my Aunt floor no one came and mop it up ,or gave me anything put down on the dloor,or they coulda came and put some towels on the floor until housekeeping came or something. It's shame

This place needs to be shut down, my sister in law stay about a month after surgery the Africans are horrible everywhere they go. The day she came back from surgery one of them kneeled on her area of her leg she just had a skin draft done on. She said she hollered to the top of her lungs not one person came to see what was wrong. On a different night two of them came into her room and forcefully rolled her over onto her open womb in which she yelled in pain. She actually said she use to be scared as hell when the night people came to work. It's said how we entrust our love ones to these people and these faculties but they could care less about the people they come for the money and thats it. Please do not bring your loved ones here. We will be reporting them and filing all the complaints we need to

My visit was amazing with my loved one! Facility clean and smells clean and fresh. My dad was clean alert and watching westerns on tv! He is doing much better now than he was when he arrived and he voice and laugh is stronger! Our family is very pleased with his progress!

My mom is in there and they haven’t been giving her her medication or drawing blood as necessary, and she’s already dealing with the terrible food options. When they brought some medicine in she asked what was being given and instead of the nurses providing the information they wrote down that she refused her medication. Very unprofessional. I’m currently working on getting her transferred from there. I wouldn’t recommend this place for your loved ones.
