I went there for a couple barn cats and ended up with the best dog ever. All the people there were great and made the process very easy. Thank you for taking such good care of him while he was At your facility. Philip has adjusted well and loves his new home..

Wouldn't take a cat because everyone physically there was on lunch. Schedule better. There were at least 5 people that I saw running around in there. Left the cat in the lobby. It ate an entire flock of chicks in my brooder.

I'm glad this place exists, however it's almost too much to bare going in and seeing all of those poor cats and dogs left to fend for themselves only to be picked up and caged( which obviously is necessary). In my case, this is my second dealing with them because my inside pet (mini schnauzer) was let out of our home twice & his collar wasn't placed back on him beforehand. Once in the exact same road we live on and the other time, the road directly behind us. He is chipped, thank goodness, but will obviously get into the vehicle with literally anyone. Don't get me wrong, I'm very happy that he was returned to his home and owner, however, this last time I'm told that if he's picked up again I'll be charged a "rehoming fee". What even is that & what does it mean? A rehoming fee He obviously has a home, otherwise I wouldn't be here complaining. Idk it just struck me wrong maybe. Oh and there were several very delightful employees that you could tell loved animals and wanted to save them all, but there was one that seemed a bit angry, loud and a wee bit too demanding of the other people who worked there.

Extremely clean! Healthy animals waiting fur-ever homes... Sad the fee to adopt was out of my budget as I wanted two animals I'll just have to keep saving $$ I guess.

I had no choice but to turn my little furbaby in last month and I hope he found his forever home with someone cause if they put a sweet loving cat down do to them being overwhelmed with cats then they don’t need to do that kind of work and I haven’t even seen anything pictures up of him to be or get adopted so I hope and pray they didn’t put that precious baby down cause of lack of room for them poor souls and I’m not scare to post his pictures
