ABTS has been absolutely amazing! Carolyn Lopez is a phenomenal therapist with her knowledge and compassion. The company as a whole has a great communication system with quick/easy text messaging system as well as an online portal to track services. Thank you to the entire team for supporting my care so well!

I had been getting treatment for a severe dissociative episode for 3 years at this practice. While I'm grateful for the care I did get here I was kicked out as a patient, even tho I offered to cash pay, because I have medicaid and they won't take it any more. I wish they had just been honest and said we dont accept poor patients even if they offer to cash pay...or that they have a problem with me as a person. Honesty i can handle. Vague excuses shouldn't be accetable in a therapeutic setting. I have a severe mental illness and I need treatment but I wasn't even referred out. I wouldn't consider any of this great mental health care. Just another doctors office in this town where guaranteed payment and personal biases are more important than actual care. It's also interesting how they waited until trump was inaugurated instead of doing so at the first of the year too. Almost like they wanted to be sure no consequences would be forthcoming when they did drop me.Just really unfortunate.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Roger since February of 2024 - he has been the best psychiatrist I’ve seen in my years of mental health struggles. I highly recommend Dr. Roger because he listens to you and he also explains in detail on how medication‘s work and gives you all the information you will need if you feel anxious or nervous starting a new medication while guiding you along the way on your journey to improve your mental health. I would also like to mention the nurse James -
James has always been a very nice and professional - He always greets me with a smile on his Face and we always have really cool conversations while I wait for the Dr….
Overall, I give ABTS 5 out of 5 stars I would recommend this place to everyone!

Miss Alejandra is one of my favorite providers I have seen. I moved a couple months ago and haven’t found anyone like her. The billing department could use some improvement but other than that everyone is very communicative and helpful. I never had a bad interaction at ABTS.

I’m so happy with the services provided to me from ABTS. It’s literally been a great life changing experience. I’ve followed my psychiatrist Roger Diaz through three practices because he’s been an absolute godsend to me, he really listens to me and understands my needs. As does James, and he makes it so accessible for me to get the help I need and he even gives me tidbits of support in between appointments that really help me make it through. He knows phone calls are difficult for me so I can text him anytime and he always gets back to me right away and I am just so thankful for that. You guys are awesome 🖤

I've been helped so much by Dr. Roger and his nurse James. Anything I need they're there to help. My experience has been very positive. The waiting time is very minimal 5 mins tops. Everything is done in a timely manner including form fillings. Super happy with the service and definitely recommend this facility to someone looking for a fast appointment.

I have been with my psychiatrist Roger Diaz since 2023, and followed as he has moved locations. Him and nurse James are always quick to answer and work with me regardless of the problem. Roger is understanding of my reluctance towards medication and always reassures me, he even goes along with my sense of humor. This may be one of the first times that i’ve had a psychiatrist and nurse act so human with me.
overall they are doing a wonderful job in this field!

When I first started seeing my therapist, I was paying out of pocket. Then a lady from billing which I’m not going to use her name, told me that my therapist was going to accept a third-party insurance and that it was gonna be cheaper if I did that. Of course, I was happy to use my insurance because it was going to be cheaper. Well as time went on I started receiving charges from the third-party company telling me that I owed money. When I spoke to the billing department several times I kept asking them. Why am I getting this message and they kept telling me that on their end they couldn’t say anything and it was fine. Well couple months later, I did owe over $350. Of course the billing department did not want to take responsibility and their supervisor called me and left a message saying that I was responsible and that information changes on insurance all the time and they were not gonna help me out. This is their job and they’re supposed to provide all the information on their end and you assume that they know what they’re doing because they do this every day. I’m really disappointed because my therapist was great, but the billing department just really didn’t care and own up to their mistake. Don’t trust their billing department the lack of knowledge is really sad. At the end of the day, they still got my money from the insurance and my money from out of my pocket.
