Nice quaint museum. If you were looking to do some research on St Clair county or just Ashville, this is the place to go. Awesome collection of old history books. Not the biggest museum but it was clean and the fella working was super friendly. I definitely recommend stopping by and checking it out.

I showed up out of the blue to do some in-person research for the first time in my life, and it was much easier than you'd expect. Very friendly guy who worked there directed me to exactly the book that I needed, as well as a free publication on the county that I've enjoyed using to check off what I've visited and would still like to go check out. I'll definitely be back.
