If this is the place in the Donahoe Center they r useless in my opinion they didn't do anything for me they gave me a case worker would come once a week for about a month and then he stopped coming they never called or sent a letter explaining why only a bill to me it seems they pick and choose who they want to work with I think they just pick weak people. But that's only my opinion.

Mostly friendly employees.clean. they didn't really explain things clearly. Gave me wrong information and even processed my info improperly. The person who took care of me wasn't very knowledgeable at what she was doing

They are as helpful as they can be considering Ohio has 540 million in unused monies from SNAP/CASH assistance that they refuse to help people with. Give the mayor's the 12 million they asked for to help poor people. SMH
