We had a lovely time at Ash Trail. Great location for us as we were hiking at Voyageurs National Park.

Deb & Steve are fantastic hosts, made us feel welcome and comfortable.

Our cabin was nice, comfortable, and clean and the grounds are lovely.

We had dinner at the lodge, simple and good food. We were there for trivia night, it was lots of fun. Everyone was friendly and kind.

Amazing WiFi connection super fast fiber. Yay!! for their technology

We had a fantastic stay at Debbie and Steve's place! The location is central, making it easy to explore the area, and the space was well stocked with everything we needed. Colette and Justin were incredibly professional and prompt in responding to our questions. We highly recommend this place and will definitely be staying with Debbie and Steve in the future!

We stayed here for 2 nights and ate at the restaurant. The room was very cute with some nice touches to make it feel like home. You are only 2 minutes away from the entrance to Voyageurs National Park. The restaurant was amazing. We were there for the Friday fish fry and it did not disappoint. Not only was the food amazing, but the portions for the price were HUGE! They also had kayaks and a canoe available for us to use on the river, which made for a nice way to close out our visit on Sunday morning. Will definitely be back!!!!

We didn't stay here but just ate at the restaurant and it was great! The popcorn salad was so unique and tasty! We went for the fish fry and it did not disappoint. All of the staff were very friendly as well and my wife and I had a good time here. Would highly recommend.

This is a beautiful resort. From the cabins to the restaurant and bar and the hosts themselves. All top notch. Could not ask for better service or atmosphere! The food was amazing and service from all staff and owners was truly outstanding!

This lodge is the best! We had the Cedars cabin. Very clean and comfortable. The restaurant is wonderful! Great food, large portions, you can tell every ingredient is fresh. There were six of us and we all loved the meals! I know it sounds strange for a fishing lodge, but try the pizza! They will even make one and freeze for your drive home.

With all that said, I saved the best for last. The customer service cannot be beat! Steve and his family/team are truly customer servants at heart. Any concerns we had were resolved immediately. They kept the boats gassed and maintained overnight so we could just get up and go fishing each morning. Bait, ice, beer, firewood, anything we needed they exceeded our expectations! The place is for sale and I wish them well, but if they still own it next year, I plan to go back!
