Miranda my ultrasound technician was helpful and ensured that my needs were tended too during my visit. The office was running around 10 mins later than scheduled appointment time. Walk-ins and appointments seemed to be handled with efficiency. Upon arrival sign in sit wait to be called . Smooth operations ?They even double check to confirm my insurance was accepted by them . Now on to the next step. Thanks team for getting the job done

Have always had very kind helpful staff members wait on me. I've had many tests done from simple to complex and always very complying and caring staff. No problems so far after more than 20 years.

My first mammogram here a year ago was horrible. The tech was rude and asked me why I didn't have a hair tie to put up my hair. I've never been asked that before. When I told her that I nearly passed out several times having this test done she dismissed my concerns. I also have some shoulder stiffness due to an old injury she complained that I couldn't hold my arm high enough to get a good picture. Again, I've never heard that before. This year I told my doctor I was thinking about going elsewhere for my mammogram because of the way I was treated. We discussed it and I said maybe someone was just having a bad day. So this time before my appointment, I called and asked that I not have the same technician and that I have a 3D mammogram because I have dense tissue. I don't know why I was only given the 2D option. There seems to be a lack of communication with the center and the doctor. I was upfront with the technician about my history and concerns. It was a good experience this time. I'm still not positive I will be back next year. I will consider it then.

I have had many mammograms in my life and most people are very courteous and helpful. The woman today was extremely rude. She seemed to be very upset that I asked to use the restroom first. Everything went downhill from there. She would position your breast on the plate, your arm on the machine, your toes pointed forward, and rudly say...move your hair. I would have been happy to tie it up if asked. She was just rude the entire time.

Today was my 4th time coming in. I’ve had X-rays twice, a bone scan and today had an MRI. I read reviews yesterday and thought “boy, they’ve gone downhill since the last time I was there”. Every visit I’ve had before was fantastic. Friendly, prompt service.

Today was no exception. The person who called me last week to schedule was a bit gruff on the phone. Bordering on rude. But she got the job done and I don’t need someone to be warm and fuzzy, I need them to do their job. Today when I arrived, I was greeted with a smile. I was called back for my MRI promptly. The person who called me back was very informative and friendly. The tech did a great job. 5 star service.

I schedule my fasting mri two weeks before to be able to take the day off from work, after driving 1/2 hour to check in at 7:15am, I received a call at 6:55am that my appointment was being cancelled due to their tech calling out sick. It’s crazy how they could not accommodate me with another tech, hard to believe they only have one tech working for this huge facility. I went and called Radiology LTD I should have scheduled their since day one

I came in for walk-in X-rays as ordered by my doctor. It took about 20min from signing in to leaving. Nice and fast; had a good experience!

This place was able to take care of my needs. The office is clean, and they are accommodating. I have had better experiences at different imaging centers, but all in all this place gave good service. I've been here multiple times, I never truly had a bad experience. There are just minor inconveniences, like the fact that they don't have updated systems that allow you to view your images online. That would be a nice feature.
