This team is awesome what a great attitude and very friendly. I prefer to bring all my items here. They are helpful and kind, which I really appreciate. We brought our very nice solid oak table which is at least 50 years old. We wanted to donate vs sell. When we took it to other "Good" companies were rude about it and rejected it as too big. The Arc Store said they would love to have it. Thank you guys for all you do.

this place is great! Carlos was amazing and very helpful. Even stuck around a little bit past closing to make sure I could donate my kitchen table and a couple bags of clothes. Highly recommend!!

Buyers be careful at this store especially WOMEN.. I was approached by a man today carrying a tiny service dog who asked me a few questions that has strongly lead me to believe he was trying to traffic me. Had I been naive he may have been successful in tricking me into giving too much info about myself. This guy might be working with multiple people. What’s frustrating is they have security right at the front door watching everyone except for the actual criminals who could potentially trafficking people FROM THE STORE! There should be more awareness at every location as this actually is not the first time I’ve had an experience like this but today’s was definitely worth leaving a review! There is no doubt in my mind that dude was targeting me and NOT in some romantic creepy way, this felt dangerous and very off
