I would like to say that i called and never receive a call back i know that i would like to volunteer to a organization that helps people. And i know that red cross helps a lot of people in the time of need and i wish that they would take into consideration that there our a lot of people who would like to help we must lead the way and show other nation that we in the USA are know as the kindness nation and that when someone is in need that we as a nation will over come any obstacle for the best. We must be thankful for organization like the Red Cross.

America Redcross is a great organization. I would say kern chapter is just wonderful. I have been to trainings, classes, meetings, events etc. so far whomever I met they are just awesome. Overall I have a very good experience lots of learning as a volunteer. Doing something to community where you live gives lots of satisfaction and through American Redcross it will be easily achieved. Awesome place to volunteer, very friendly environment and get lot to learn.

I am a lifeguard and water instructor. The website is the worst and always messes up my training. Every time I try to use the website I have a problem. When I try to call or email the customer service is horrible and I have been trying to solve a problem with the Red Cross website for 3 weeks now with no help. They are unhelpful and I can't solve any problems with them.

I paid for my girl to get cpr training through the website in which it charged me twice and both classes were invalid when we requested a refund and submitted screenshots that the transaction went through they assured it was returned now 21 days later and my bank says if they returned it the money would’ve been processed by now and Red Cross keeps changing what they tell me every time I call “we don’t find records of it” “we returned it already” “the payment never went through”
