Fantastic registry to deal with. I called and had a couple of questions regarding DNA testing. Denise provided me with not only all the information I asked but she went above and beyond by emailing the information to me as well. After dealing with other breed registries you get discouraged to call, but my call was answered quickly and again the information provided was exactly what I asked about.

Poor Management. I have called 3+ times in the past week for a simple request, left messages, and tried to reach out in other avenues. They do not answer nor return calls. This is costing me time, stress, and money since I cannot transfer ownership of a horse. I am very disappointed in the lack of organization and dependability of the AHA.
