If I could give a Zero I would this organization is ran by donations for we have been donating for many years so has our family we have donated several things after we close from having yard sales on our property today 6/29/2024 I AM IN SHOCK after donating several several nice items my husband is a Elderly man with medical issues and has tonhave surgery July 17th and when donating a employee at this organization was HIGHLY RUDE TO MY HUSBAND VERY UNCHRISTIAN LIKE AND REFUSED TO OFFER TO HELP MY HUSBAND IN ANYWAY when unloading items from our Truck onto bay the worker got highly angry not my job not my vehicle on and on just the rudeness and anger from employee with the heat index is almost 100 degree outside and Husband unloaded our truck from where it had bed cover and he crawled inside to gather items to donate the Employee Was a Overweight Man VERY OVERWEIGHT and spoke to my husband in such manner that is HIGHLY DISRESPECTFUL AND UNECEPTABLE TO US WE ARE IN SHOCK THAT THIS MAN DIDN'T EVEN OFFER TO HELP AND THAT THIS ORGANIZATION HAS EMPLOYEES THAT DOESN'T FOLLOW GOD THIS IS NOT THE CHRISTIAN WAY WE ARE HIGHLY UPSET AFTER MANY YEARS OF DONATING TO THIS ORGANIZATION TO BE TREATED IN SUCH A AWEFUL MANNER

Over the years I've accumulated duplicate items I really don't need. I am decluttering my home & donating usable items to AO. Household items, clothing, misc. items that can help others get what they need at a good price. They are all very helpful & kind at the center. Glad you are here & the work you do to help make our community a better place to live, and easing the burdens of those who struggle to make ends meet. God bless you!

No A/C!! That is a problem, they should have fans on in there. Especially when you have to dig for things in these giant bins. The staff was very cordial
