The best solution in Rockville. Although on April 14th there was an accident of technology, and unfortunately I am the one of three customers that didn’t get results within more than 7 days. Fortunately the staff helped me to resolve it eventually. Thanks God.

Been here twice for fingerprinting and both times were completely stress free. Easy scheduling. In and out in under 10 minutes. Friendly staff. Results sent to correct location and really quickly. Wouldn't go anywhere else, honestly!

Finally came here after 3 failed attempts to get fingerprints taken at USPS locations. I just wish I’d come here sooner to save myself the hassle and stress associated with the post office. Note that this location does have the appropriate technology for federal background checks but the Bethesda location does not.

They were extremely professional and efficient and I had my results within minutes. Would definitely come back here again for any fingerprinting needs!
