I was not comfortable with the approach of this organization, which seemed absolutely intent on getting a credit card donation over the phone. Now I look and see that "Charity Navigator" gives it only "One" out of a possible four starts. I'm glad I didn't fall for the phone solicitation, which appears to be sneakily operating outside the law of the land.
