I was here in March of 2021 and I would like to say that every staff member was extremely caring and could tell they loved the job even without all the difficulties we put them through. This place really saved my life when I was in one of the worst places of my life. Shayna Miller the director took me in to her facility with open arms and I learned more here in 6.5 months compared to the year and month I was in my previous placement right before coming here. Seeing the facility and knowing how much closer I was to home and the fact that visits were allowed during the time was major because I was cut off from everyone in the last facility including my own peers. And this place restored who I was and made me a genuinely happy person and made me believe I can truly do good in life and that I am worthy of having a good life as is everyone. Thank you AHFY for all the help you gave me in my time of need and for being so caring and patient with all of us there!
