I have been going to Alpine Medical since the beginning of August.
I could not list all the tremendous things that have happened to me.
Education is everything, then implementation is everything.!
I love the Office. Staff has been so kind and wonderful to me even when I change my appointments frequently.!
Tabatha is an amazing and wonderful caring Woman who is always there for you.!
Everything is explained so perfectly and if you have any questions, staff is eager to help you and support you in any way possible!
Mental physical and emotional health has returned. I thought it was gone forever!
I’m only three months in and I had such incredible success and I am so very very grateful to Tabitha, Andie, Brenda and Kate.. For all their tremendous support and caring nature!!
Phil is assisting me in my exercise program and I am just so incredibly grateful for everyone’s help.!

I am so excited to have This clinic here in Pagosa! I finally cut the cord from my doc in Dallas and this has been so much easier amazing! From the aesthetics to the medicine these girls are amazing. The goal for medical professionals used to be to keep people off of medications and big pharma has totally changed that perspective but Tabitha is smarter than that and works to keep you off of medication and treat your underlying conditions for an overall healthier lifestyle and life! I will say at this point insurance is not what it used to be and it’s worth the extra $ to save your health from big pharma pushing pills that don’t make you healthy.

Almost 5 years as a patient (a difficult patient at that) and I can’t say enough good about Alpine. Tabitha has gone above and beyond and has restored some trust in Drs again for me. She has done more for me than any doctor ever has. Office staff especially Andy always there to answer important questions and make you comfortable while in the office. Absolutely love the addition of red light therapy in the office as well! They do a little bit of everything to cover overall health and are truly the best in the area!

Loved seeing Tabitha, but hated the front desk person who made it time consuming and challenging to see the doc or get an RX filled. They switched to a pay-to-see doc model and I hated to change, but the combination of going through the front desk person was just too much.

Two years with them and Alpine and all their staff are great. Always there for me - and promptly, amiable, and competent. A no-appointment walk-in has never been a problem for them and wait times, if any, have never been too long. Their patient communications are understandable. Billings (Medicare) are handled without any burden on myself. Not only do they really care, but it shows. I'd go 6 stars if that was an option.

Although I have not been a patient at this practice for 11 months, for some reason I received a text message today from the clinic informing me of an outstanding balance and threatening to send it to collections. Considering that this is the very FIRST time I have been contacted about any outstanding balance and that eleven months have gone by since the time that any charges could have been incurred, the threat to send me to collections was unprofessional and unnecessary. It begs the question: why have I not been contacted about this sooner? What even is the outstanding balance for? I truly have no idea as I have never received any invoice, any email, or any phone calls. In fact, at the time of my last appointment, the front desk stated that they would submit the charges to my insurance and “call” me. That never happened. This is not the first time that there has been a billing dispute, but it is the first time that they waited 11 months to notify me. Prior to becoming an insured patient, I participated in the direct primary care membership program. As soon as the practice became aware that I had a new job that came with insurance, I was essentially forced out of the DPC program and told that it would be equally as cost efficient since all future visits would be submitted to my insurance provider. Suddenly, after 11 months of not having been a patient there at all, I owe them hundreds of dollars, theyre sending text messages threatening to send me to collections, I have never not once ever seen a bill nor have I ever been contacted in any way regarding these charges prior to the text message I received this morning. I’m relieved that I’m no longer a patient there but I think that other people considering transferring their care to this practice should be aware of my experience and consider their options very carefully.
