Was in rapid rehousing program and it was great so I thought we had our home for 1 year and 6 months. Now 5 kids plus myself are once again homeless. So almost home and landlord completely screwed me over i did alot of research on Emergency grant solutions and never knew they received a grant on my behalf. Well they did and my case manager told me they tripled down on my deposit but that was false because in the requirements for E.S.G. they double down on deposit and pay last months rent also said that the landlord would take last month rent from deposit also a lie... So much more I could get into but I am just more curious as to how many other family's has this happened to and why is this even allowed to do I've reached out to the director but no response and every other government office but no one will get involved its so wrong..

Great place for anyone struggling with homelessness. I'm sure they help with other resources and probably do a great job at whatever that entails. Definitely recommended. They also hand out free Chick-fil-a on Mondays and Thursdays to those facing hunger. Staff is friendly, amazing, easy to interact with. Don't be shy, give it a try and stop on by.

Almost home is a wonderful program with incredible people even tho when my family and i were in this program we had issues with a very unprofessional case worker named jenna, she made me feel judged and really hurt my feelings. Well since we left the program because of her i have now met an amazing very professional kind and empathetic case worker named Sabrina Vargas. I know the job can probably be frustrating at times but I'll tell you what she handles it like a beast! She is helping my family and i so much 🙏🏽 thank the Lord for this program and for Sabrina God Bless everyone at almost home you people wonderful 😊

This is a garbage organization. They treat employees like trash and fail to pay on time.

SHAME on Adams County for doing business with these people or sanctioning them in any way!

They never respond when you fill out their form requesting assistance. They never reply to e-mails. They never return phone calls. Another nonprofit providing their employees jobs, but doing nothing to help desperate people requesting assistance.

I was about to be evicted but almost home stepped in and covered my last due rent! Good people and the work they do is amazing.
