Haven’t moved in yet but I can tell this is a great apartment already and I’m really excited to live there!!I recommend this apartment a lot because it seems really safe for kids and the landlord is really nice!!

Lived there for almost 10 years. As a single parent on one income. Covid gave us hazard pay and my income went up slightly. Was kicked out this year because I “make too much money”. Now Covid is “gone” along with hazard pay and housing is unobtainable crazy. We were given our notice by a phone call. Never spoke to anyone in person. The woman from corporate was awfully rude and condescending. Said she was being nice by giving us 60 days. We moved out on time. Still decided to bill us for turning our PG&e off by our move out date. Even though I had prepaid rent so they made off with half the months rent. This place is ideal if you’re in a pinch but don’t expect this place to take anything into consideration for its tenants.

We lived in this apartment complex for over 10 years.
The manager refused to fix things on the weekend
She barely fixed things at all
And never in a timely manner.
We were without our A/C in the middle of August for 2 and a half weeks And this happened a few times through out the years..
We were also without an oven on Thanksgiving and couldn't cook .
Our bathroom water was turned off for a week by the apt. Complex manager and there was an empty apt. In the back and instead of putting us in a hotel room as she was supposed to.
The manager expected us to run back and forth from our apt. To the empty apt. To shower and use the bathroom all hours of the day and night.
I wrote emails to the owners and supervisors and nothing was ever done or changed Because they choose to believe the manager.
The complex has a no pet policy but if your friends with the manager and sit around with her and "her click" gossiping about the other tenants. .then your allowed to have pets..mostly cats And break the rules of the complex.
When you complain to the managers supervisor..they believe her lies instead of you.
We had black mold in our bathroom and I told the manager about it and the only thing she did was have the maintenance guy clean the ceiling and walls with bleach and some grey cleaner.
The maintenance guy would do this every few months cause the manager refused to fix the problem. .the manager even had a supervisor that seen the black mold in my bathroom and the manager was told to fix it by re doing all the walls and ceiling by her supervisor but they changed supervisors and nothing was ever done .
We lived here dealing with all the b.s. cause we couldn't afford to move..
