My dad lived at AlmaVia for 2-3 years in their memory care facility. The staff are amazing. My dad could be difficult at times but they were always compassionate and understanding. The programs kept his mind functioning as best it could for as long as it could. Even when he would act out, they redirected him and got him back to himself. Pastor Danny is Awesome! He is so patient as he creates an environment for struggling minds to grasp concepts of infinite importance. The med techs are so conscientious and always willing to coordinate telehealth appointments with little notice. Thank you guys. Martha's job is cleaning the rooms but she always made a point to connect with my dad and take care of any other needs he may have. Leslie the Director came to hospital to see my dad at noon after working a 12 hour graveyard shift. Everyone goes above and beyond the call of duty on a consistent basis. Thank AlmVia!

I’m a driver for College Care Pharmacy and i would just like to give a quick shout out to Ashley Magtalas the sales ans marketing director there.. she is always very nice and super helpful! All of the residents absolutely love her.. if you are looking for a home for your parents/family this is for sure the place ?

I think that AlmaVia is one of the most outstanding assisted living and memory care facility’s in the Ventura county area. If your looking for a place to call home for yourself or a loved one we have an array of services and we have a top notch team of caring individuals to assist you. I lost my mom in January 2017 and I was lost. A friend saw me struggling and reached out and offered me a new start so I packed up a uhaul and towed my car and I moved back to my hometown Thousand Oaks California. I needed a purpose a reason to wanna get up everyday. After working and interacting here at AlmaVia Of Camarillo I can honestly say the employees here all work really hard everyday to tend to the needs of the community. Everyone is treated with respect and dignity. The residents are a hoot and have taught me a lot in the last 8 weeks I am thankful to have found a place where I feel valued and I like having a purpose once again. The whole AlmaVia Family lives by its core value and at the end of the day it’s nice to know you touched someone in a special way and that’s worth so much. Thank you Yesenia for being such and awesome teammate, I enjoy working with you.
