There was employees standing at 2 registers, register #1 had two employees standing at it and register #2 had one employee standing there. I stand around for a minute and then make my way to register #1 and I'm standing there for a minute as they talk to themselves, no customers were there. Then a minute or so later some other older lady customers come up and the ladies at the register say to me "oh sorry this register is closed" and then the older lady customers hurry over to the register #2 that's actually open (meanwhile none have their lights on) and I make my way over to register #2 and have to wait in the line behind the other customers.. I was in a time crunch and it was pretty damn annoying to wait 10mins for them to slowly check them out when I was clearly there first and was waiting at a closed register and didn't know it because they were too busy talking. Other than that, the selection can be alright at times like any goodwill really. Yep, its a goodwill.

I live within close walking distance to this goodwill, and I frequent it once a week or more. This is probably the worst goodwill in the East Valley. The prices are absurd. I saw a used cookbook today priced at $10. To compare, the same book is online for $4. I saw dollar tree puzzles priced at $1.50.. these puzzles are used - I can drive up the road and purchase them new for $1.25. What in the world ?!! This location needs to come to their senses and take a que from their partner stores. We don't want to pay More - than - new prices for Used goods that have Literally been DONATED! !

There were workers pulling clothes from the racks by the dozens. Looked to all be the tag color of the day. Another worker came over to join efforts. Makes it appealing to shop anywhere else but here.

Be careful at this Goodwill. I was there recently, made a small purchase, used my M/C, and next thing I know, being contacted by my bank about potential fraud activity. Could it be related? Don't know. The fraud purchase was on the same day, perhaps just a coincidence. Just didn't feel right to me.

Don't ask me if I want to buy a bag! I shop here all the time, and Americans are not dumb enough to not know you already put the cost of the bag in every single item we purchase, so we already purchased multiple bags, but now I'll leave without a bag, because it's the principal! Don't want to go here anymore! I already gave hundreds of dollars per month, now I'm not coming back, until they respect their customers!

Can I just say horrible experience, they overprice goods they get for free and if you take anything from the front counter and put it in your cart they go crazy. This place is crazy!! Do not recommend!!

Won’t sell you things! It had a price tag but because the tag was “damaged” and the barcode wasn’t readable, it had to go through the whole process over again. Been to plenty of Goodwill locations and I’ve never had a checkout person so lazy they refused to type the price in by hand.

This is my local Goodwill, it’s not my first choice when Thrifting, however, I have found many of my favorite items at this store. Including a handmade purple quilt that I have loved to pieces… literally.
