clean, easy access, and fantastic customer service! they are always friendly and professional on the phone. but the really "wow" service came when i had to unload my rental truck in the snow. once the truck was empty, i was unable to get out (spinning wheels). i called the office and Pete came to fairplay and plowed a path for me to exit the lot. very impressed.
