The people at this place are wonderful to work with! Not only are they dedicated to giving the proper care and treatment to my son, they are very responsive and respectful to his needs when he is in his lower moments. They always know the way to get him to open up and work with him to get the activities done because he does have ODD along with his ADHD, depression and anxiety. Thank you guys very much it helps this very stressed mother of his out very much! The therapy he has received through the company together has done wonders for him and has changed him into the better person that he has become today and is still becoming!

Therapists usually late into sessions and end sessions early than originated times. There system lags on appointments and one of the reasons I missed therapy because there system makes up appointments that I don’t agree with over the phone. The staff when I call are friendly but canceled my appointment without authorization and didn’t even give me a heads up when my therapist was no longer working there. Frustrating, I don’t recommend these guys…

i see a lot of negative reviews here and i haven’t had any negative experiences here yet. the therapist that was i don’t know assigned to me ig gabby is AMAZING. the service here is alright and i wish they were better at reminding me about my appointments. the text reminders just randomly stopped one day. other then that i have nothing bad to say about this place. well one more thing, everytime you call you get put on hold and the music is OBNOXIOUS

I've been working with Christy throughout the years she seen me fall and pick myself up so many times but she's always been there and been such a loving sometimes a little bit tough love but just the best I've used her like a therapist for sure and I've appreciated every time we talked.

The only reason this review has any stars, is because of their customer service rep. Aaron showed me more professionalism and dedication than anyone who actually works in the office.
Where to begin… I made an appointment for my daughter back in September. Fast forward to the day of her appointment, which was today. I get a voicemail an hour before our scheduled time telling me that 1. They don’t take BCBS, 2. They are not taking any new patients. If this appointment was for me, I’d get over it, but this is for my daughter who has been waiting for this, looking forward to this. I am livid. I hope nobody else is let down by this business.
