I turned in my re-verifaction information online 2 months ago, yet I still receive letters in the mail saying I'm past due for re-verifaction. Instead the information I filed online continues to be in review. And forget about getting an appointment, you can call in daily at 7am on the dot and they're full. And if you do get an operator you're told they take appointments daily and only Friday is a lie, along with nothing but rudeness.

I can never get through the appointment line to get an appointment...but...when I call the direct line I NEVER have a problem getting through. Everyone is always polite and helpful.

If your income has changed and you need help paying utilities. This is the place to go. They helped me out with Gas and Electric and recommended me how to get help with my water bill.

She said that classes str 09/23/2024 I'm still waiting because I called the college and my name isn't even on the list but she calls me and ask if I had called the school and I said yes no more communication after that but while taking with me"J"" she sent in a bunch of documents and he would call me if my name was in what she had sent in so it's day 2 I'm still watching

Got way less back on income tax compared to the agencies that charge a fee! I wouldn't recommend at all. Agencies that charge a fee "try" to get you more most likely because they get a cut as well. Never again!...

I thought I was going to get help here but what I got was nothing, no communication, no info on anything. I had to repeatedly call to only have the lady tell me I had to wait and someone would get back to me. I need help with rent, so I was up at 12:00 midnight for applications to be open. I filled out the application last year 2023. No one ever called it's 2024, just got a email back saying they don't have funds the application is closed. I'm glad I paid it off by struggling. I would be homeless by now waiting on help from this place.
