Claim to be organized but are hardly. I signed up for the half marathon 6 months ago. My bid was supposed to have a custom message printed on it because I'd registered early. When I showed up the day before the race to pick up my bib they lost my bib so I didn't get the one that had the custom message on it. They didn't give me a swag bag or pins or anything. They just handed me some meaningless number. Really I just wanted my original bib because it had something meaningful on it. Why bother even asking people if they want customized bibs if you're just going to lose them? Just don't.
