Scheduled my appointment for getting my tax return completed. This is the second year I have used their tax preparation service, and I plan on continuing to use their services in the future! I once had a great & proficient service provider in this organization but since over the past year & a half this organization operates under personal preference & popularity instead of Community Empowerment. There has been a great deal of changes innerofice & throughout organization operations. Gnot to the good or betterment. I can't say the things that are honest and true because people love personas more than progress. All I will say is the service provided is a form of charity to the public. Denying the benefits of benevolence is bias. Bias is a personal opinion and personal opinions NEED BE LEFT OUT OF PUBLIC SERVICE. Today, tommorw as well as yesterday.
