So disappointed to have people talk so highly of these people just to be ignored, lied to left in the dark, and laughed at. Faith based Would love to know what faith this is? I grew up in a church. We would never treat people the way they do. All good posts? Makes me wonder if they delete the bad ones. Never been slapped in the face so hard before having a door slammed.

I've never seen such caring people that are so focused! They offer many options of care to many different situations.

Having clients that come here and seeing how happy they are makes the people who bring them happy. This place spreads joy! My favorite person is Joey! Hannah is amazing also! There were the main two people I normally speak to and see.

I send everything they asked for by email photo ID’s, electric bill statement, 1 months worth of paystubs, everyone’s SSC and they tell me I didn’t send them everything that I will have to wait until January 2, 2023 amazing how people are so careless in times of great need total disappointment!!!

ADFAC assist those surg very low incomes once a year with possible helping pay their ORUD or City of oak Ridge utilities. They also provide information on other services such as Adult education HS classes, smoking cessation help, and other very helpful places such as what churches in the area offer food Banks, the day and times, which churches offer a free meal once a week or a month, etc.
You call and provide certain information and if they can possibly assist from you having your utilities shut off they will provided you meet with their income criteria and have proof of such. They are kind, always helpful and even if they can't help with what you need for some reason, you always walk away with a wealth of information and never embarrassed or ashamed for having to ask for help. The staff from the moment you walk in their door are friendly and offer smiles and always hope about something you had no idea was even out there or had changed. I can't say enough great things about the kindness of the ladies who work in this office.

The social workers here are so kind and supportive. If you need information about resources in our area, they have information on just about everything. If they don't, they can usually tell you who to call to find out.
