I have been associated with this agency since Imagine! and ACMI decided to merge and form this company. It’s the most terrible organization ever created for autistic and other disabled individuals - I have a ten year old autistic son and we have the CES waiver from this agency and they have already changed 3 case managers in a period of 3 months and now we have a temporary manager till we find a replacement. We have had no luck finding any therapists or providers and no help/contact from this organization. I cannot begin to explain how disappointed we are with their non cooperative practices and approach towards families in dire need of care. If you require a medical equipment or a communication device for your disabled child, they will ask you demeaning questions and make the entire process more challenging and frustrating so that you would feel better off giving up. I am heavily dissatisfied with this company and posting my honest review of my personal experience with them.

I have been applying for services for my son since 2015. He is still on the waiting list. Imagine was very hard to work with. So far I have not been able to receive services for my son through A &I either. We do not have a caseworker and we do not have a point of contact person.

So far things aren't going well. Response time is terrible and clients are still not getting what they need. Clients cases aren't being managed in the way they should. I'm waiting for them to iron out some issues but the old imagine CCB was also not doing well. Different name same disappointments...
