I just want to say thank you Tina for giving us a studio to practice in where we can love our mind, body and soul. 🙏🏼🧘🏼‍♀️ Being surrounded by like minded woman has been a blessing to me and exactly what I have needed for myself. I highly recommend Agape Flow Studio to anyone looking for a place to feel at home, where you are always welcomed. One of my favorite things is leaving the ego at home, no judgement on your practice or others.. whether a beginner or a novice, there is something for everyone. Agape Flow Studio is the best yoga studio out there! I highly recommend this studio, not only for the fantastic flows that are taught but it is all around a great atmosphere and group of people to be around! I really enjoy doing Tina’s morning classes to get a fresh start to the day, and have attended a few other classes as well and have loved them all! If you’re looking to gain flexibility, or find a place of pure relaxation, this is without a doubt the exact place you’ll want to be.

Agape Flow is top notch! I have attended for 3 years now. Words really can't express enough about the extremely healthy environment I walk into each time I attend. The knowledgeable, humble, and deeply compassionate instructors are quite refreshing and make you want to continue on your yoga wellness path. You are welcomed and accepted right where you are with encouragement to help you push past any obstacles, but only if you are ready. At Agape, you will develop and heal as a Yogi and you are met right at whatever level you are at with full acceptance and genuine love!

I love this yoga studio! Amazing people and atmosphere, I recommend it to all the women I know. When I began several months ago I had never practiced yoga before. The warm and welcoming atmosphere made me feel comfortable and was a perfect place for me to learn for the first time. As time has gone by, the classes continue to provide both refuge and challenge as I learn and grow in my practice. I have also participated in the Transformation Tribe program which includes high accountability with exercise and nutrition. I have successfully met my weight loss goal and continue to focus on my health and strength with an amazing community of women. I am very grateful I found Agape Flow Yoga Studio!

Agape Flow Fitness is THE MOST AWESOME place ever! Tina is such an inspiring and excellent teacher of fitness!! She not only helped transform my body, but transformed my way of thinking about nutrition!! She creates a plan that caters to your specific needs whether it be weight loss, strengthening training, or body wellness! I Love, Love, LOVE the encouragement and camaraderie we share in class!! The overall atmosphere has such an inviting and positive vibe and she allows everyone to go at their own pace!! This is the best place for women to practice yoga!! Agape Flow is a unique and wonderful yoga studio. There are a variety of classes to choose from and I LOVE that some of the classes are faith based. The instructors are welcoming, very knowledgeable and explain everything well. I have practiced yoga at different places over the years, but none were perfect for me, now I can finally say I've found the one!!

This studio and staff are amazing. I cannot say enough about all the wonderful things they are doing here. I recently started coming to Tina and her staff, and the level of expertise, care, and energy are like nothing I have experienced. They know just how to welcome you. I've been out of shape for a while, but with their help I have hit the ground running. Even if you have never done yoga before, I highly recommend Agape! The staff here is able to adapt all of their exercises and poses to suit your expertise and injuries. I wish I had discovered this studio sooner. I'm a lifer now!

Absolutely love, love this place, my home away from home. The staff here are always so welcoming, friendly, caring and professional. My favorite classes are the Hot Yoga but they do offer a variety of classes for all levels of Yogis. If you haven’t given them a try, I highly recommend that you do. You will NOT be disappointed!
