I have spent time over the past 2 years interacting with all of the staff at Adeo and am highly impressed with how incredible and caring they are with their residents who are experiencing brain injuries in their residential facility. I love the activities they engage in with their residents (things the residents want to do and enjoy), how committed they are to their care-plans and the relationships they create. They embody what it means to be and provide “person-centered” care! I am so grateful that I’ve been able to help with training their team and have had the opportunity to get to know them…they are amazing people who really care about their jobs!

At Adeo we provide 24/7 residential support for our residents who have a traumatic brain injury. When I walk into our main common area and I see the smiles and hear the laughter from our residents I know I made the right decision working for Adeo. I love spending time talking to our residents and getting to know more about them and how much they love living at Stephens Farm @Adeo.

We are all super busy in our day to day duties, but I can honestly say we all stop to check in with each other and offer support when needed. Adeo cares about our growth both professionally and personally. I look forward to walking along side my co-workers as we look to the future and our expansion.
