How are you supposed to get a hold of anyone when hold times are two hours or more? Finally get through and they hang up on you. Call back and the recording says they are experiencing a high volume of calls and to call back later and get hung up on again. People who work don't have time to sit on the phone all day. We have jobs to do! Nor should anyone have to take a day off from work just to wait on the phone all day to resolve the issue. Then to find out later, the issue was never resolved.

They deny you even when you submit everything they ask for on time, and their income chart clearly shows you qualify.

Nobody has the time to process their case loads, but they have plenty of time to deny them. They can't even do a simple task and transfer you to your correct county. I have been telling them for years and I'm still stuck with these people! Waiting for someone to call you back? Good luck, I've been waiting for over two months! It's really sad some people get handed help with no question, while others have to fight and keep fighting for what little they ask for. Our tax dollars hard at work. I have never, given a business such a bad review, but they earned it.

I had to go here to get my medicaid re-activated due to a glitch and found it to be a very nice building with lots of seating which is good since you'll be waiting a while for your number to be called. However once you are called the clerk was very polite and very helpful and solved my dilemma with one keystroke. All in all it was a good day for me.

The people working the numbered counters are incredibly rude. Whoever was at #13 11/26 until close needs to get checked for her attitude. I come in for help and am immediately met with an angry woman who is impatient and a lack of care with her wording and responses to me. Upon asking her to slow down so that I may understand exactly what she is saying and what I am to do, she rolls her eyes back at me. Her colleague at 14 came to help and she was incredibly direct, polite and helpful. I left with a proper farewell to both and the lady at 13 just continued to glare at me then went back to clicking at her mouse.

Why is it the people in most need of help are directly met with such ridiculous attitudes from the start, it should not matter what happened before I got to the counter, you do not bring your past problems to me because I am not causing a problem, I am here for help and help that is already incredibly hard to ask for.

Bottom line, this building NEEDS solid friendly people that can handle public interaction and lose the negative Nancy’s, it doesn’t help anyone.

The people who work here are extremely helpful and kind. I went there somewhat frustrated trying to do some stuff online, obviously it's not their fault because they do not run the website. They were so nice and helpful and helped me solve my problem within a reasonable time frame. The lady who sits in the corner glass area was so helpful and found the appropriate way to help me, the lady who initially helped me was also very helpful and had a kind voice, she answered all my questions and gave me information I requested. On top of a very friendly and helpful staff, the building was nice, calm, and clean. Plus they had big containers of hand sanitizer, which I appreciated too!

Terrible services! Each time that I complete and submit an application each time I’m told I’m missing something but it’s never communicated with me what I specifically need, I have even called after submitting my applications to make sure it’s completed correctly and to make sure I’m not missing anything and each time I’m told that everything looks good and that I have submitted everything that is needed only to be told different afterwards. I don’t understand why each time I’m told something different, I’ve been having these problems since September!

Not only they call from blocked numbers forcing every one to take the scam calling off so that they can call the people back they can use google to filter calls which they do not use also the phone rings for less the 35 min then hangs up every time iv called it’s happened then they are calling people after hours so if you miss the call you have to call again next day and not only that they take forever to get the food stamps out. They need to do better. Also they NEED stop going by before deduction cause ain’t no one taking that money home they need to go by what we get AFTER deductions common sense.

The incompetency of staff here is genuinely dangerous and I cannot fathom the lack of care and intelligence these public employees display. I have been given incorrect information from staff FOUR different times now as to why my Medicaid suddenly became inactive after being given the runaround through the PEAK portal and told I have to call or go into the office to get the information I need. I am now outside of the 90-day window to submit documents and have been without insurance for three months, all because these employees haven't done their job correctly. I have been trapped in a medical purgatory as a result of the staff here and I have been paying for my medical expenses out of pocket on my credit cards. I sincerely hope individuals who require more expensive care are able to avoid this location at all costs. I am so disgusted and frustrated by the "services" provided here. When trying to call the complaint phone number the line just hangs up. I am speechless at this point and so distrusting of this location, I have now spent hundreds of dollars all because these employees don't know how to do their job.
