Great hotel and location. Room is modern and clean. Washroom is spacious and modern. Breakfast tastes great. They have sausage, ham, cheese, salad, omelette, boiled eggs, fruit, milk, cereal, juices, coffee, tea. Customer service is great and friendly. Overall satisfied.

Great for a quick trip. Had trouble falling asleep though because when people walk on the metal balcony outside it sounds like someone banging on a garbage truck with a hammer. Other than that, very clean room, parking was nice in the garage and friendly staff.

Room was nice and clean, a bit small but if only staying in for a sleep then it does not matter. Staff was okay but did not see them very often. Only reception people spoke in english with me on a good level. Breakfast is good, but do not expect classic english breakfast for tourists here. We generally were happy about the hotel, it is pretty modern, few shops just 5 minutes away. And small tip take water with you if check in is late, shops will be closed and bar is closing at 23:00 your only option is to see someone and they will offer you one for 7 quid for a liter.

They also got few seats outside for smokers, was good to chill out on a sofa for few minutes after long day.

We started here on the 4th day of our Euro Trip. The hotel is Wyndham Gardens in Leishtein Germany. I
Rooms are fine, clean, comfy bed and shower with hot water. We were are room 818 with balcony a view of the town, the hotel sits on top of a mountain. Down be deceived by the look of the hotel from the outside it's nice inside.

AC not working on ground floor rooms in summer. At 30°C without any backup fans or ventilators, it was almost not livable or even potentially health-threatening. Hotel should prepare fans or ventilators on stand-by in case AC malfunction happens again.

Worst hotel we’ve ever been to! The A/C wasn’t working and when we told them they turned it on but he left the switch on so I couldn’t turn it off. It was freezing for 4 days straight and got sick. Second problem was that nobody told us that room cleaning is only on request and not mandatory. Third I found two bugs of the same species in my room which are likely just 2 from hundreds. Fourth the keycard wasn’t working anymore and went to the reception (one guy is really nice and apologized but the other wasn’t as kind - the same that left the switch on) they couldn’t code new keycards so he had to unlock the door and now I don’t have a functioning keycard to get into my freezing hotel room. Fifth the fitness & spa area was closed because of a water damage. Nowhere was this information to be seen when booking. Cant recommend! Never going there again!

We love the buffet breakfast and Prosecco. Staff are always so nice and friendly and happy to help. Can’t wait to go back again

Shower wasn't working - apparently this is a known issue, but they didn't provide an alternative solution or compensation. No coffee/tea facilities in the room. Room is stuffy and old. Expensive for its location.
