Frantic and desperate for quality design layout with attention to detail, timely turnaround and fair cost, I was and still am overjoyed at the job, Jessmin and her team provided for us!!! I love all of the projects that I have printed here. I miss Naomi she was very attentive, the new young lady there is nice as well, but the manger not so much, very insecure and comes off rude because of it. Jasmine has the worst customer service I've ever seen in my life. I guess she's the manager because the owner is legally deaf.

Jessmin at Ace has provided our organization with exceptional customer service! Several times she has gone the extra mile to make sure our projects are completed in a timely manner. They have done several large jobs for us and we have NEVER had an issue. Their prices are competitive, produce excellent print jobs, plus they're locally owned which is always a plus! If you are in need of printing services, I highly recommend Ace Litho!

ask Keysha for 2 years and I get some of the best customer service from one of their old employees life and the new girl however that manager Jasmine has to be the worst customer service representative I have ever seen in my life 2 years I have never seen her smile. she is very short and disrespectful in demeanor
