I came home to a New Way of Life after serving 26 years on a life sentence. I'm so grateful to have transitioned thru a New Way of Life. I'm very happy with this organization. Shulora has been helping me for a couple weeks and has always been professional and friendly towards me. To be honest, the whole staff is cool. I wish other places were this awesome. I felt at home and they gave me hope to get my life back together. I got an expungement here. Thank you and God bless.

Cannot say enough good things about this amazing organization, which has been leading the charge in providing women's re-entry services in the LA County area for over 20 years. The founder, Susan Burton, is a powerful voice for positive change and community engagement on issues of post-incarceration opportunities and success, and is tremendously driven to seek out and create Second Chances for Returning Citizens. America needs more people like her, and more organizations doing the same great work in which A New Way of Life is engaged.

This agency is one of the most amazing places for anyone coming out of jail or prison to come and get services. The staff are amazing and they are able to help you with expungements and navigating the legal system. Susan Burton has a passion for helping and also has homes for ladies were coming out of prison. If you’re coming out I need a new way of life this is the place to go!
