I just want my refund from the deposit. This is the most unethical non profit organization. They are a money grab scam. They have staff that discriminate towards the very people they are "licensed" to help. DO NOT GO HERE! Despicable. I paid the initial $50 to enroll in their program. It even says on the notes for enrollment but then if you don't call after the $50 deposit they don't sign you up you have to sign up again for the orientation. Then they expect you to have $200 extra dollars the day of orientation after that it's $161 or whatever for the classes thereafter. There are PLENTY OF BETTER OPTIONS ELSEWHERE!! THEY SET YOU UP FOR FAILURE AT THE GATE!! how do you have to go through their classes before they give you your license back to be able to go to work to be able to pay for the outrageous prices.

I am not a client of A K Bean but know people who have had to utilize their services and this place is a complete s*** show in how it is ran.
Incorrect balances are given to clients resulting in late fees and letters threatening to remove you from the programs. Payments are either incorrectly entered, or not entered at all. Absolutely no monthly statements are sent out, just notices saying you are late despite, as I previously stated, paying the amount you were told by their bookkeeper is due. Scheduling groups and one on one sessions just to find out they forgot to add you in their system. Now I will say this, the counselors are pretty awesome. The counselors do their best to help their clients in anyway they can and will bend over backwards to help you succeed. That being said though, the counselors take no s*** and expect you to handle YOUR responsibilities.

I have enrolled in DUI classes 3 times and have several friends who have enrolled at several different places that offer DUI classes. I can say with confidence that AK Bean is by far the most strict and disrespectful, they employ deceitful practices like changing your appointment time or date without notifying you so that you accrue absences and have to repeat the program and pay them more money hopefully...if you can, avoid this place like the plague, I wish I had.

This place is a dui program that you pay out the ying yang for. Its only about money. They have not kept accurate records on payments. The instructors are not very educated and there is absolutely NO curriculum. Money money money!
