I spoke with a guy and he was nice and promised me help. He transferred me so a women that came up with every excuse not to help me with resources. I was told I need to show proof o can help myself before they can help me. These people will lift your spirits then bring you right down. They pick and chose who they won't to help. The devil is a lie. Sad situation. Now I know why the homeless rates are up. Helping hands and valley Oasis is corrupt.
