Was in Tucson for a vacation and was playing tourist, this is a cute little museum. Its free to enter, just check the calendar to make sure no field trips are scheduled. The staff is friendly, so is the dog!. Takes about 30 minutes to look at all the goodies they have on display. If you want to stay and chat longer or get to know the dog feel free to do so. Lovely little gem in AZ that was on my bucket list.

Very informative and interesting. My son went here for a field trip and the whole class seemed to really enjoy it.

This is a small museum close to the historic 4th avenue in downtown. There still is a working post office here. The museum is on the other side is known as a library, there are many interesting things there from old scales and publications. Although the pandemic is over You are required to wear a mask while inside. That was a deterrent and I didn't stay very long.

This sweet little building has a huge heart inside! I never knew that there was such a place until I had some old stamps to donate.
It was such a great treat to visit this museum and have the tour. I know my stamps found another life there and it makes me so happy

This is a nice place with (I am sure) nice volunteers. However, it is confusing walking in. Seems just a bunch of people working at desks. No one greats guests. Disjointed. The little Post Office is great. Great for us locals.

This place is delightful, but is not quite a museum. Volunteers work here to organize a huge stamp collection (donated) and send out cool stamp related lessons to schools for free. You can come here to have stamp relayed questions answered, purchase all kinds of stamps (foreign and domestic, or themed collections!), and get an individual tour of their stamps, lessons, and historic postal equipment. I loved it.

I go here every month for a local Tucson Postcard Club meeting. Interesting exhibits and ephemera on display inside. Looks very student friendly - areas of interest for most ages. W/C accessible. EZ parking in the back when it's open.
