My daughter was brutally fired from her job and there was obvious discrimination when she interviewed with the EEOC the interviewer who never gave her his name but was a white male laughed at her and said he didn't see how they could help her and she had no case. She was already humiliated at her job now to have a company designed to help people that are mistreated to laugh at her experience was even worse. They are unprofessional and a waste of time and energy.

This place is a joke. They care nothing about what happened to you. If it’s not a cut and dry case. Well it’s too bad. Harps is the worst company about harassment and discrimination over a disability. I think the EEOC gets paid off by these companies.

I took a chance with one rating from EEOC and still filed my charge. And I'm gonna tell you this. These people want simple cases. They want simple cases. They don't want no complex cases. They're saying it's okay to be called a girl and that's not akin2 called a niggathe Jim. Crow era of 1847 and 1964 when that era was supposed to be over with. I'm a 66 Birth Certificate and Call girl eeoc says no discrimination

Don't WASTE your time on EEOC and money on lawyers. after over one year you will receive the right to sue litter or your case is denied, either way you are on your own. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY.

This place is a joke, they had my case since September of 2017. I kept waiting to hear something, finally in March of 2018 my case was sent to a mediator. Which fiddmothing didn't even have an idea of what my case was about! Finally sent to investigation, where it set for 4 months, I checked on line it was waiting to be given to a investigator, then magically I get a letter saying they sent me my position statement , which they Didnt!!! Andy case was dropped because iIdidnt respond and they investigated and said my claim had no merit! In other words they did nothing just cleared their case load the quickest way possible!

Waited from May 25 until August 15th of 2022 for my appointment. I received many emails about my application date and time. But no one ever called me. Tried reaching back out to EEOC waited next on the phone for 45 minutes. I heard you "time in minutes is 1 " EEOC Seems like a joke. If they are this short staffed seems like many people are available for a job.

Investigators do not take the time to actually fully investigate cases... a bunch of paper pushers... they make no calls... ask no questions...They just take documents from the employers without investigating statistics or other similar cases with similar complaints on the same employer, and just close cases... my case sat DORMANT for 18 months... went thru several staff changes... just ridiculous... there is NO REAL PROTECTION FOR THOSE WHO HAVE BEEN DISCRIMINATED AGAINST...!!
