Pretty standard Goodwill with a decent men's selection. It's fairly large (or at least feels that way with the tall ceilings), clean, and well organized.

This Goodwill doesn't let you try things on. They justify it by saying we have a 14 day return policy. I happened to be passing through Rogers Arkansas again today so decided to return the pants that didn't fit. They will only give in store credit not cash back even though I have a receipt. This is such a shady practice. I visit the Goodwill in my state often but after this I will never visit Goodwill again.

$70+ for 5 pieces of clothing... in this economy!? I used to enjoy going to Goodwill and finding decently worn name-brand items that I could add to my wardrobe for going out, casual wear, or whatever. But these prices are matching or MORE than the retail stores they're sold from.

I don't think I'll be shopping here going forward... What's the point when the original retailer sells them at the same price but never worn.

The greed of this company...

Not for me anymore because these stores are bad compared to what they used to be. I used to could find stuff at these that was decent, but now all of the stuff is junk and not worth the money or time to look and shop. I guess it’s okay for some that’s the only reason I did 3 stars and not 1. Doesn’t matter really anymore what city you visit them in because they all bite now.

I would give a zero start rating if I could. I have always loved finding treasures at Goodwill and I have always donated items to Goodwill, but I will now strictly donate to Helping Hands in Bentonville as the prices at Goodwill have gotten crazy for stuff they recieve for free, and no longer giving bags but trying to get you to buy one of theirs is ridiculous. It is cheaper to buy my elderly moms clothes brand new than to purchase them from Goodwill. So sad that I will not be shopping here again

Worst goodwill experience ever! I was looking at an unattended rack and while I was looking, I heard someone in my ear let out a disgruntled sigh. I was startled so I turned around to see an employee inches from my face. I apologize and her reply was "gotta move!" and proceeds to start pulling the rack and I had to jump out of the way so she wouldn't hit me with the rack. Horrible customer service! I won't be returning to this location.

They got rid of the dressing rooms because of a few people stealing, and they won’t let people try anything on in the bathrooms. The bathrooms are also very dirty and smell disgusting. The manager is very rude. I would not recommend coming here if you want to buy clothes that fit you and you want good customer service.

Goodwilling days are over for me as well as my sister and mom. We have made many many donations throughout the years as well as purchases. They slowly but surely got worse. It all started with closing the dressing rooms. Then raising prices quarterly, now they’re new and sometimes more than new prices, they’ve done away with bags and the goodwill refund card. Now you will get a receipt and only have 90 days to spend your refund money. We made a promise to ourselves to NEVER step foot in a Goodwill again. They’ve pushed away great customers over greed.
