We used the same realtor to buy and sell our house. She never even bothered to show up at either closing. Disingenuous people that are only out for your money. You can find a better agent that cares more about you than lining their own pockets. Would not recommend these people.

I first made contact with Kim Taylor 2010 from a message she posted on the HSV website. Subsequently I bought my home through her and ReMac Reality.
The amazing thing was I was able to take care of this purchase by telephone. Five years later my Mom moved to the Village. Again by telephone I was able to help my Mom purchase a condo in the
Village with Kim's help. And again this month I called Kim to put my Mom's condo on the market. One day later we had a ligitimate offer and we are in the process of selling Mom's condo. How can I not recommend Taylor Realty Group. Kim and I talked about what we could get for my Mom's Condo. She suggested that I put it up sale for $79,995. The next day one of her reality personnel made an offer. I was thinking that this would be a problem because Kim might mention to one of her realtor what we talked about. The offer came in at $79,000. I really feel Kim was working for her client, me, that day.

Dishonest, deceitful, opportunists. Zach Taylor lied about our custom home being "turn-key" to get us to sign papers prior to viewing the home as we were in a vulnerable, out-of-town situation. When asked why there were no gutters on our home in HSV, he said, "Don't rain much here and they're extra." Well, gutters were on our contract, it's rained for nearly 4 weeks straight, and when his "broker" (mom and dad) reached out due to our complaint, their attempt at rectifying the situation was with an apology and that "this has never happened before." Actually, it's happened before, just no one has complained. Several residents have spoken up to us since, seeing how our home was unfinished and left in a state of needing a lot of work. They voiced similar experiences and have even been left holding the bag on unfinished work. Taylor reality group is in business with JD Harrison Construction, LLC, providing subpar builds. Us, including these residents, have worked with Taylor Reality and JD Harrison. Avoid these people with your life. Given the opportunity, they will lie, cheat, and steal from you. This has been our experience and those around us. We will be filing a lawsuit since they will not work to get things right. God bless!

I'm very sorry but Zack should have helped us more. I'm 67 and bought a home with cash, (easy) Signed papers over internet, (easy). That was in Sept and we had no keys to the new home. Zack was upset due to he had bring keys out and threw the keys into the mailbox. We found out we had no front door key, and the remote codes had been changed. We were lucky to get into the home.. Called him for some help and he just said he was done with us due to the sale had closed. Zack was my contact not his family and they should look into why he's so rude and gives no customer service. Would not use again, Thank you
