We opened our accounts almost 1 year ago and ANY dealings with our bank has been amazing! Now I’m not just saying that, these are the nicest people I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. Every single person at the bank in Mountain View go above & beyond. They remember you, call you by name and are genuinely happy to help. That makes people feel like they really matter! I have to mention Tina Jones, she is incredible!! Always with a smile, a kind word & ready to help no matter the time of day or if she’s incredibly busy. I had the best experience opening up a new account. I walked into the bank and they instantly made me feel welcomed and at ease. Bethany Turner was my banker. I can’t say enough great things about this bank and it’s employees. Each one has always been so helpful with any and all my banking needs. Recently I needed assistance with a debit card issue. Although it was no fault of the bank Miss Bethany Turner went above and beyond to resolve the problem and followed up with a phone call days later to insure I did not have anymore concerns or problems. She never fails to greet me and all other clientele with a friendly smile and a kind word. 1st Service Bank is lucky to have Bethany and all it’s Mountain View employees. I know our Community is!
