Terrible place to work, live, or visit. Working there is a nightmare under Mandy Green among others in office, living there is torture according to my aunt, and when visiting I have to be terrified of bringing home roaches or having sat in pee

The entire facility smells like urine/feces. When I passed by a couple of rooms the residents were literally bent over, drooling, full of medications. This place is filthy. There has been no renovations and you can tell. Please do not let your loved ones come here. It is extremely sad and the director of nursing is extremely rude!! She only cares about making money. If someone passes in that facility, they want that deceased individual out of their facility as soon as possible so they can get someone else in that bed.

The facility is infested with cockroaches and bedbugs the crawl all over and bite the residents the staff are high most their shift it reeks of feces and urine as soon as you walk and in random liquids drip from the ceiling

It is a traumatic experience to have to place your loved one in the care of strangers. However our experience with Forest Manor shattered my stereotypes of nursing homes. The staff was caring and very competent. My mother received excellent care. Don't let the exterior appearance fool you. I would much rather have a caring and excellent staff then a shiny exterior. Thank you, Forrest Manor!

My husband was released from the hospital to Forrest Manor. The nurses, aides, staff, kitchen personnel, and the Doctor who attended my husband while at Forrest Manor were outstanding, caring, patient, and definitely concerned about my husband's comfort! When he needs to go to a nursing home again, I will absolutely take him back to Forrest Manor!

This place needs to be shut down. My mother passed away and they called me 2 hours later. Try to take my power of attorney away because they didn't like me getting after them. Please go to the other nursing home on 23.

The nursing staff is great but the nursing home is full of cockroaches, I have a Friend there and when I went to visit there was Roaches crawling all over her bedside table & her bed.
