They provide food to international students, typically serving 40 to 50 people on most Wednesdays. However, they also charge some students rent, which seems unfair. I don’t understand how a religious institution can take money from some students and then use it to provide food to others. The employees of BSC are also paid salaries and wages from the rent collected from students. Despite charging rent, they fail to provide adequate facilities, such as proper living spaces, mattresses, or furniture; most of these items were originally donated.
The bathrooms are also in poor condition—many are old, lacking proper showers or sufficient toilet space. On top of that, many students have complained about experiencing stomach problems after eating the food served on Wednesdays.
The selection of tenants also seems biased, as they appear to choose students primarily from a specific country who do not follow their religion or rules. Sometimes, these tenants, particularly Nepali students, host parties where they consume alcohol and turn the place into a nightclub. Overall, this place feels more like a business center than a caring or religious institution.

Wonderful small non-profit charity that welcomes everyone from any background or religion. I've seen many lives changed here, including my own. For how small the crew is here, it's impressive what all goes on at this place and how many students they help. Not to mention, everyone is so welcoming!
