I want to thank the clubhouse for supporting my son Alex Carroll Alex was in a group home for many years now he is at the clubhouse in reality may the Lord continue to bless y'all we pray that the beautiful bill doesn't affect the disability privilege Jesus Christ I pray amen

TBCH is an Amazing place. Warm, inviting, and comfortable are the feelings here. I personally have a lot of anxiety and worries. I found a great release here at TB. I’ve answered phones, which gives me pleasure when I talk to people and able to give info,and direct them to different areas of need. There’s several different areas, I can choose. I thought at my age, I couldn’t learn new skills. Now, I brag, I’m actually learning to navigate the Computer. And I don’t know where I left my anxiety at? But, I like not having it. There’s plenty things to keep my mind calm and happy. Then comes, lunch, activities.socials etc..
I want to Thank Linn and staff , for bringing this altogether!! Rhonda Allen, I’m Proud to be member of something great!

They are supposed to help with a lot of things, housing, job help are two of them that I know of. You can not just enter the building you have to call and set an appointment first. They have case manager(s). If they have same woman there that was the case manager two years ago (which they do), she is incompetent and apparently always on vacation. This place, along with others also help with mental health and getting a bed if you have been homeless (you have to verify you had been homeless) after you find a place. There is a lot of assistance out there that most of these place don't/ won't tell you about but its there. If you want to get help tread lightly and keep documentation ! Good Luck

My Medicaid has been charged every month since last July, and I've only actually been there twice. And was offered assistance with housing that I've never received.

Hello,
I signed up and started as a member about 2 years ago. Took a tour and went back 3 more times for a nice $1.00 lunch.
Met some friendly wonderful even worldly people then for no particular reason forgot to return - life just got too busy I kept telling myself. Huge Mistake!
Returned a month ago and I can't remember in one building encountering such welcoming hearts coming from a group of men and women.
I'm a Seasoned Senior now and I think I was afraid it would give me a presence of feeling older as I'm having trouble with this aging thing being so vane all my life.
Far from the truth at ThunderBird
A variety of pleasant human beings and I am excited to become a regular guest and feel part of a family there.
If you are alone and by yourself too often this club is a great start for socializing, activities, fun, food etc.
Now I'm pleased to be on the monthly mailing list
I'm told I'm alone too often that's why I talk so much (lol) as you are observing by my post!
Anxious for new friends and all their experiences
Valuable people are difficult to find these days
I'll keep coming back
