Volk’s Auto has been a blessing to me. I have a Mini Cooper countryman and it is hard to find anyone reliable and able to work on them. Dustin and all of the guys at Volks auto have taken great care of my car, and it is running better than it ever has. Their prices are reasonable especially for a Cooper. They even were able to hook me up with a rental car which was in very good working order itself. I was able to drop off my car, and use their car for the interim. You certainly don’t find that kind of service everywhere anymore. I appreciate everyone at Volks for their fabulous service. 🚘

Volks has been great to work with. They do quality work. I never worry about dropping my car off to have work done. They are honest and very friendly. They even gave me a loaner vehicle a couple of the times I desperately needed a vehicle for the day they were servicing mine. Highly recommend.

By far the best car repair place I’ve been to. Volks gave above and beyond service. Communication was top of the line, honestly other businesses should take notes because this is how you do it. Prices were fair and all repairs needed were done. In the past I’ve found car repair and maintenance a painful process. Turns out I was just going to the wrong places, because going to Volks was stress free. Couldn’t recommend more.

We called to ask if they'd be able to help us figure out our vehicle's issue. They told us when we should bring our vehicle in and that they'd hook up the diagnostics to it. We took our vehicle there at 8am, when they told us to bring it there. Later in the afternoon they called and said they'd need to keep it over night and borrowed us a car to use. It wasn't until the afternoon of the next day when they told us that they had hooked up our vehicle to the diagnostics and knew what the problem was. Our turbo was damaged due to a screw that let loose. They quoted us $5,000.00 to repair, with a charge of $237.00 for hooking up the diagnostics! 😳 We paid the outrageous $237.00 and took our vehicle home. We talked to a family member and he helped us find the part needed for our vehicle for $275.00 new and replaced it for us. Later we found out that O'REILLYs does a diagnostics hook up for free! I know, theirs may not be as good as Volks but, dang....$237.00?!?!

Volks Auto is by far the best shop in town. They where so transparent with all of my vehicle repairs from start to finish. Customer service was amazing! They where Very professional and answered any questions that I had.
The waiting area was comfortable and inviting.
