We had a few quotes from Crowley just to be sure of the right price to send a truck. Now, prices go up by season but only like $100 difference. After doing all the paperwork, we had the booking and price set, and the worse part, apply for EIN number from the IRS as Crowley requirements to send the truck, we scanned and send the documents over. Then, we received a weird email with a "new price" being over $5,000 dollars when our booking and paperwork was showing less than $2,000 dollars. They couldn't even find an excuse of why in the world they just change the price after doing all the paperwork, and now had a employee identification number with the IRS that we don't even need!!! Worse worse worse company ever.

We were able to find a company in Miami who did the shipping for less the $1800 and the truck was safe shipped in only 5 days without needing all those ridiculous requirements that Crowley ask their customers.

It's really hard for me to leave a negative review but Crowley has made it very easy to do so. I've been trying to get a hold of ANYONE to get a quote for the past two days. After numerous calls you get hung up on after 15-20 minutes of wait time. Yesterday I somehow managed to leave a message and no reply. Seems their service over the phone is nonexistant so I'm glad I found out now before giving them any of my money.

Arrived at 8:30 for an 8-10 window and was immediately given a door. Unloaded and out the door in less than an hour.

Maybe I caught them at a less than busy time but no issues here. North entrance for pickups, South entrance for deliveries.

I don't know what went wrong with Crowley. I used to move our LCL freight with them a few years ago and I'd get an excellent service from the Miami team. Now it's so hard to communicate with them, they respond emails a week later, and they can't be reached by phone.
I had an urgent cargo to ship for the holiday season and it was shipped a month later. I hope someone read all the reviews and do something to improve their customer service and operational services.

It is a little tight as far as getting here when you go to back into the door as a rookie just throw the set up out of your head and go at angle that’s what I did I got in pretty quick too. Use half the available room and if you have to ask someone to move do that because sometimes they will park right in front of you making it harder than what it needs to be.

Now the company drivers will argue with you about the doors don’t budge keep telling them to move and they will just be nice. My garmin had me lost use truckerpath it brought me down a street that said no trucks ignore it it was plenty of trucks going up and down the street.

On Nov 1, 2024, I sent five packages to Cuba and one of the boxes was not delivered, the most important one with the most valuable stuff inside. I have called them a million times with no answer. I also have family from cuba calling their habana office and all they do is give them the run around saying that the main office has to authorize the release the package. If you’re not going to deliver my box then return to me.

The worst experience ever, I have never in my 56 years of life have ever dealt with such unprofessional people. I was asked to write an itemized bill with every piece I was shipping and they shipped part of my things to LA and now they’re telling me they cannot do anything about it? First , I had to take them my cargo because they had no trucks to pick my items up. I rented a truck to make it easier for them and never used it because of the lack of communication, I’ve been on hold for over an hour? I will never use this company again! Stay tuned because there’s more to this review !!!
