This place is incredible, you pull up, they walk you through everything while sitting in your car, they’re very transparent and pricing is clear and itemized. I rarely leave reviews let alone for a mechanic shop but go here. Other guys try and just rob you and take advantage of your auto ignorance. Isaac, Sam and kaili are fantastic.

Ian and his team were so fast and friendly! I was able to drive right into the bay and keep my baby in the back seat. Not only did they change my oil, but they checked all of my lights, checked my filters, and made sure my battery was in good shape. I liked being able to see my current air filter next to the new one so I could tell that my car actually needed it, and they weren’t just trying to make an extra sale. I’ll be back!

Besides changing my oil they checked lights, battery and wiper blades. All services are fully explained and any suggestions are given with options to have them do the work or look elsewhere. I asked for the technicians to also do a visual check on hoses and other areas for leaks, which they gladly did.

Hands down the best Valvoline around! I stopped by once while I was in the area, and now I happily go out of my way to come back here. The whole team is always cheerful and friendly, and you can tell they actually enjoy their jobs. They’re so sweet to my kids too- they always offer them a sucker when they hear me talking to them. I’ve never waited more than 10 minutes, and they’re quick and efficient every time. Total hidden gem!

Anyone reading this, go down the road to Express Oil Change. They are soooo much better and almost half the price.

We were excited to try this new Valvoline since it was closest to our house. But now we’re gonna tell everyone we know in the area to avoid this location. My wife went in for an oil change. First, it should be noted that the lady there today was a sweetheart and had amazing customer service. We used a $25 off coupon we got in the mail but the total still came close to $100. When my wife asked why, they explained she chose the highest price oil (which she didn’t, they didn’t even give her the option.) they also said it was very low and they needed to add an extra quart (which idk if i believe because we are good about getting regular service done) my wife also said they walked out with windshield wipers and an air filter trying to switch it out before she saw them and stopped them.

I later called the store and spoke to supposedly the manage Ian. When i explained the situation and asked about the price. All he said was “no i was there your wife chose the expensive oil”. He also denied the tech trying to do other unnecessary work. He didn’t even try to make the situation right and seemed to be laughing while i was talking to him. And this is the guy who supposedly runs the store. YIKES. When i asked for a corporate number to try and resolve the situation all he said was “Well you can look it up online”. So i did;) and I got taken care of the right way. They also said they will escalate this to the area manager. Hopefully Ian will learn honesty and customer service:)
