Very nice experience. We walked in and got the room. Staff was polite and service was fast. Felt very safe. Everything was clean and bed was nice. Had breakfast at the motel cafe. Limited on variety but had the basics eggs bacon toast juice coffee kids meal if we gotten there the night before early there a full service bar there and entrainment. Plan on staying here again

This HI location is the best in Aggieland. Having said that we hadn't stayed there in the last 6months. The staff is great but I've noticed it is getting slightly run down. The bath rooms need some updating. I was concerned on how dirty the elevator was. Our key card continued not to work upon entry to our room on a regular basis. We like the area away from the traffic and easy in and out to main roads. Overall, I will continue to stay there but wish they would clean things up better.

We were completely unimpressed and somewhat grossed out by our stay. When we walked in, the hotel lobby smelled weird. It was warm and humid INSIDE. We checked in and went upstairs to our room. It was also warm and humid. We cranked the AC down to 63 in hopes it would cool off (it finally got down to 71 after running all night). The sheets felt damp the entire night.

There was no remote in the room. We called down and they brought one up to try. It did not work, so they went to get another one. It did work but the TV volume would not change.

The door frame to the bathroom made me want to vomit. It looked as if someone tried to make it to the toilet before throwing up, didn’t make it and the vomit splattered on the door frame. The bath tub overflow drain was pushed in and janky. When the room next to us flushed their toilet, we heard a hissing noise in our room- loud enough to wake us up.
And the off white chair was extremely dirty, along with a large carpet stain next to it. I do not even want to know how dirty the entire carpet was.
We would not stay here again.

While bits of the Hotel were run down and the elevators dont work, the staff more than made up for it with their customer service. Kymber was extremely helpful and polite with anything we needed during our stay. Breakfast was good and it was okay for the price of the room!

Disappointed with our stay. The elevators kept breaking, and the “on-site restaurant” only serves breakfast—not sure why it’s advertised otherwise. Room stayed nice and cold, but condensation dripped onto the floor. Only real plus was the comfy bed.

Positive - they had a room available for us very early (10:00 am).
Negative - the rest...every chair you walk past is either dirty or stained or both. The breakfast is not included as 3 people reminded me when I was getting it. It's bad, even for hotel buffet breakfasts. The fitness center has 5 cardio machines that don't work and not surprisingly the water fountain in said "fitness center" has no water. When I was in my room I opted to only stay in the bed as the looks of the stained chairs told me that I'd get up dirtier than I sat down.

After getting in late Friday night and long day I jump into bed and noticed the pillows smelled like perfume but just thought it was the hotel shampoo..I didn’t think to inspect the bed. It wasn’t till the following day, I pulled the sheets back and noticed that the sheet hadn’t been changed and I noticed blood spots on the bed. i went downs stairs to let the front desk know and asked if they could change them. The desk clerk said housekeeping was gone for the day but could give me clean sheets that I could change them myself. I then ask for the manager to see what he could do for me and manager Bryan said he could give me 10 thousand points which cost the property 50 dollars. And told me that’s the equivalent to a day stay which I payed 220 a night. I told him that was unacceptable he then told me he would need to speak to the owners for any kind of compensation for my inconvenience. They never called me back. I called corporate and told them my story and said they would give 30 points which I was still not happy with so I’ve decided to let everyone know how bad their customer service is there at that location.

Whenever I find a hotel with good service, comfortable bed and a great location I am loyal to the brand. Customer Service is a must for me. I don't spend where I don't feel welcomed. 10/10 for me. I have booked here multiple times.
