My first time coming here and they refused to service me and allow me to come in to do my intake all because I had a service dog. Instead, they wanted to keep me outside in 90 degree weather to do my intake even after I told them I have an epilepsy seizure condition and was about to pass out standing in line. This is a violation of my rights according to ADA law and Osha will surely be notified IMMEDIATELY.

I enjoyed being at this business that's filled with warmth, love, and joy. To have people that care about you and their sole purpose is to help with whatever you may need help with. It felt quite refreshing to see people who truly care and not just doing it for a paycheck.

Please only hire WOMEN! The men lacked empathy. SMH. The women were very kind and helpful but whoever Eric Ewen is was very sarcastic, negative and lacked empathy which is weird being that you are working with homeless people. The minimum requirement should be to have empathy. So my advice to yall would be to only hire women .

The people in this building work tirelessly to serve everyone they can. It is almost 100% volunteers, selflessly giving back everything they can offer to this community. Lives are changed for the better every day at Hope Restored Missions.

4 yrs later I'm still on the streets. I don't do drugs yet I can't get housing while I see druggies get housing within months. I just got a call from a man 2 weeks ago asking if my kids were still with me on housing list even though they been supposed to be takin off over 2 yrs ago. He said Ms. Sharon asked him to call me. She supposed to be my case manager but I already know why she's not trying to help me. Just playing with peoples lifes. I don't deserve this. I've given up even trying anymore. I've asked them so many times to see what's goin on and nothing. This is why people lose hope and stop believing! Best believe yall will have to answer to God just like everyone else one day!
