My experience with Discovery has been nothing short of excellent. The staff treat everyone with dignity, respect, and compassion. The activities director Kennedy does an amazing job creating a fun environment for the residents not only in Assisted Living but their Memory Care unit as well. Its nice to see residents socializing, engaged, and having fun. Overall, id trust Discovery with my loved ones not only to provide good care, but also keeping my loved ones happy and fulfilled.

Been a frequent volunteer here and the experience has been wonderful thus far. Staff is incredibly friendly, areas and common spaces have always been well kept, and the residents seem to enjoy their times doing activities. I have helped with bingo days and it is always so nice how all the residents are super excited and cheerful to be participating as a community. Highly recommend this facility that promotes a sense of belonging, a staff team that truly cares for the residents, and overall a gorgeous and peaceful location.

My mother lived there for over three years. It was a great place for her. The community of staff and residents made her feel at home and valued her personally. The care she received was top notch. I was at peace having her there. Communication from the staff about social events and happenings, as well as more urgent issues specifically regarding my mom were superb. Access to excellent medical care was easy and comforting. We will miss Heartis North Shore!

Went here for a tour of the place and the staff was very rude. I asked to speak to management and not only did I wait 15-20 mins until they came to greet me but they were just as rude as the staff! Everything looked good walking in but while touring the place, I knew before the tour was even over this wasn’t the place for my loved ones. Looks can be deceiving choose wisely

My mom and I recently toured the Heartis facility with Angie Mehring and loved it. Angie and her team could not have been more welcoming and Angie did a great job walking us through all of the various options that Heartis has to offer for residents in various life stages. The facility itself is gorgeous and very well appointed, and though we couldn't tour the outside grounds due to weather we could see how beautiful the setting is and how peaceful the residents must find it.

Went To Visit A Family Member Here Today And She Called For Help And No One Came In To Help! Not Only Did She Not Get Help But The Kitchen In Her Apartment Was Dirty And The Trash Was Over Flowing. I Had To Personally Go To The Front Desk Where I Had To Wait 15 Extra Mins Because No One Was There To Assist Me! Very Disappointed In This Place!
