There drivers don't have respect on the road for others, speeding and making horrible lane changes and there dispatch doesn't care. Almost took out my truck at 70 mph

Pick up is always late and then the return trip they don’t care when you get home because they say that they only have to make sure you get to your appointment on time and they don’t care that you have other things to do but wait at the hospital until they decide that they can get you a ride home even when you already have a pick up time to go home
